- Gochujang (Korean red chili paste) – 고추장
- Soy sauce – 간장
- Sesame oil – 참기름
- Anchovy or beef broth – 멸치육수 또는 사골육수
Steps
- Cut pork into bite-sized pieces and sauté with sesame oil, garlic, and onion until lightly browned.
- Add aged kimchi and stir-fry with pork for deeper flavor.
- Pour broth into the pot, then add gochugaru, gochujang, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil.
- Simmer for 15–20 minutes until pork is tender and flavors are infused.
